Coolatai Sports Ground has free camping facilities, its a small town between Warialda and Yetman, the town sits on Warialda Rd, a sealed road in good, albeit a bit bumpy condition, that runs directly north from Warialda, we will much refer to use roads such as this as an alternative to the busy highways, like the Newell...click on the photo below for a slideshow.
The kind folks at the Coolatai Hall and tennis courts have made an area available for campers, there are toilets and showers (donation) but not much of a town, a pub is about it..
